The only communication you have with your practitioner is sending messages via MyChart. Their nurse reads them and often does not pass the information along to the practitioner. I have called and messaged with minor questions and have never been allowed to communicate with my practitioner.
This review has nothing to do with the doctors and physicians at this facility, but instead mainly focuses on the office staff. I have never been so frustrated in my life trying to make an appointment to see my doctor. I had to call at least 3 times to get through on the line, then I was put on hold for over 8 minutes until I finally gave up. Then I called back 30 minutes later and was put on hold again. After 5 minutes the receptionist came back on the line and was very rude to me. She would not answer any of my questions surrounding my upcoming appointment. I will be moving offices after this appointment.
I've been going here for years, never a problem until lately. Dr. Dent is great, personable and knowledgeable, however, trying to get a prescription filled takes forever ...sometimes a week or more and THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. Then trying to call and inquire on the status , they give you the run around. I'm seriously thinking about changing medical providers.
Rude service, Unprofessional, Ruined my ultrasound pictures, Never called me when I had a UTI (found out the following visit that someone was suppose to call me), Don't properly inform, and Has put me on hold and never came back to the phone (called again and magically I don't have to be on hold). Terrible Facility!
They never get your appointments right they are very disorganized and they have no people skills it has to be the worst office ive ever seeb
Waits can be excessive, as in 2 hours for a scheduled blood draw, and information is rarely disseminated to patients in a timely manner. Additionally, good luck getting your records if you choose to leave. 4 phone calls and my records still have not been sent to my new practitioner.
