I am truly grateful for this place and all of the amazing people who work there. In July 2016 I began my journey to become a better, healthier person. In the past I had tried all the latest and greatest fad diets and nothing ever worked. I would lose 10-15lbs max and then it would just stop. It wasn't until I decided to give Southampton Heath Services a shot that my life changed forever. I won't lie and say that it was easy. In fact the first couple of weeks things were very difficult when it came to learning a new way of eating and exercising every day. But after those few weeks I realized that this is no diet, this is a lifestyle change. I went from saying "No thank you, I can't have that" to "No thank you, I don't want any". Fast forward to now, eight months later and over 60lbs lighter I feel like a completely different person inside and out. The numbers on the scale and well as on my clothes still surprise me when I see them. Going from pants size 18 to an 8 and a 1XL shirt to a medium that quick is crazy to think about and I could have never done it without this wonderful support team behind me.
