i heard about this place through hear say. i went to them for TWO YEARS about a "woman" problem std test after std test, negative. kept treating me for yeast... so i decide to go somewhere else and come to find out i have bv. wth. this could've been taken care of two years ago instead i have suffered from insecurity and a massive amount of stress that had my family physician trying to put me on anxiety meds. pain and suffering is all i got from these "trained professionals" i should sue!
On hold for 45 minutes on a Wednesday! Then finally hung up -- no one ever answered !! Is this a legitimate business??
Young woman who answered phone was not more than willing to assist. I was not sure of the services they offer and requirements and I told her this but yet I found myself asking many questions when she could have briefly explained...a person like that makes getting help harder tham it should be.
NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!!!!
