This was my first time in Lens Crafters. I am absolutely pleased with my overall experience. Dr.Long was so very nice and explained everything in detail so I could understand. I will continue to have my eyes taken care of in this establishment. Very happy customer!

Love Dr. Long. She is so sweet and very fun and I love being able to see her once a year! Only downfall is the waiting, it is in a mall and right next to the kid zone and can be quite loud but other than that it's great. I especially enjoy how they automatically make my one year appointment and keep me updated so I do not forget.

Over all a great experience. Scheduling the appointment was easy. Check in went quickly. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. All equipment was modern and clean. Best of all was the digital eye exam. No need for getting my eyes dilated. Dr. Long is amazing. She is knowledge, personable, and was able to explain everything in manner that was easy to understand. Nothing was rushed and I felt like a valued customer. I will keep coming back here. I highly recommend Dr. Long.
