Be careful when getting financing they like to hide hidden fees. My wife and I were told a certain monthly amount . When all said and done it was close to 75 dollars more. They are not up front with all the fees.
Truck 1 was able to assist me in a timely manner and was very professional. Though I was undecided on how I wanted to rotate my furntinure, they worked with me and was very patience. They put together all of items and nothing appears to be out of place! Thanks guys!

We bought our furniture over a year ago and had some problems with the leather. Went in to Value city to explain it to them and we were sent a new couch. Another situation came up and I ended up going in to talk to Andrew the manager about it and he was very helpful with everything and we will be receiving a new set of furniture In July. Also we bought my mother a recliner for her apartment in assisted living and we thought she would be able to get out of it but with her disability she could not. Andrew was very helpful about letting us exchange the recliner for something she was able to use.
I went into the store knowing exactly what I needed which made for a quick trip. I was not asked if I wanted to finance and I was not offered any discounts for buying outright. It totally seemed like the sales person was just out for a quick sale rather than gaining a regular customer. Happy my daughter is getting the bed she wants but I will not be going back to purchase anything else.
