Not exactly great customer service, since it's what the brands"PRIDES" themselves on. When saying hello to old faces, ready to purchase a television, the "gm" refuses my business and demands I leave. I think this business has gone down hill, the other associates are fantastic! But the "gm" should really consider taking classes for his mannerisms, judgemental attributes and egotistical actions. Probably won't ever try to buy a TV from there, maybe the Hampton store will give better service?
