I was provided with excellent customer service by Mario when I came into Grand Furniture last week! I was indecisive about a few living room sets but he explained to me the different features & fabrics that would best fit my lifestyle & be the right options with a two year old around. He was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me choose a beautiful gray set. He gave me a wonderful discount and made sure the price was reasonable. He even went as far as to personally call me the day before delivery to confirm the time my furniture would arrive and the day after to make sure everything arrived correctly. He was very nice in making sure I was satisfied with my products, I will definitely be back to see Mario for my future furniture needs!
Great prices but watch the salespeople, they try up be slick on negotiating prices by playing games.
I don’t even want to give them 1 star they worse then that I came in today too put the rest of the money on my furniture that suppose to be delivered in a wk... after I put a $100 on it already a wk ago then came back to put $241 they going to ask for all my information again and pay stubs and because I didn’t have that it was a problem and I couldn’t get my furniture but they took all my money though... isn’t it store policy any where when u go to the store u suppose give them all that information first before they ask u for money. I will never shop at grand furniture again!!!!!
