His practice mimics McDonalds, yes the Golden Arches! He does so many, that if he hurts just one or two why should he care? He has over served so many.
His PA is a puppet that has no additional answers either, talking to her was like listening to a recording.

He NEVER explained the process, I asked. I also asked where , who made my knee.... no answer. My knee could made of scrap metal from N. Korea for all I know.He has the God syndrome. Saw him only minutes before the surgery, that was to tell me I getting a block. Then after surgery I talked to him two minutes.
Dr. Anthony Carter came highly recommended as the best surgeon for knee replacement in the area . I had numerous recommendations! All were good. He is doctor of few words. I know he is busy and in demand, so I somewhat understand. My relationship with my doctors is a very essential part of my choosing process. He was nice, but did not take a lot of time with me. We met, first appointment only a few minutes, enough I guess to inform me that both my knees were in poor condition and he recommended that I should have them both done. After a few brief questions we made the decision to do them both at once.
I saw this doctor a total of less than 20 minutes total before the surgery.
I am now post surgery ( had bi-lateral full knee replacements) surgery was October 23, 2017. Ten days in and I’m doing really well.
Had both knees replaced on April 25, 2016. I had very little swelling and in 2 weeks I was cutting my grass. Although it took a lot more time than usual I was able to complete it without any issues. Dr Carter is the best Doctor to see for knee replacement.
Dr Carter has a very thorough treat plan and regimen. The most organized plan you could ever imagine! His system accounts for every question, every person and every scenario of the surgery process. Hence, (this explains) the short amount of time he actually needs to spend with his patients. He has it all down to a science and he renders the best surgical expertise, experience and outcome.
