Great locally owned place to get a rental. The staff is very down to earth and they are always willing to work with people in a bind. Having worked in the rental car industry in VA myself, I can appreciate how much they really care about their customers and will do whatever they can to help.
Horrible and unprofessional service, had a reservation for a car and on the day of they did not answer the phone nor return my call.
This company was so unprofessional and so unorganized it didnt make any sense. They barely answer the phone dont keep in contact or update you on whats going on. Went to the companies site of business it looks abandoned like they just packed up and left. I have never experienced more horrible service then this, and when it came down to the day to get the rental they didnt pick up the phone.
