I've been renting from this location for a little over a year now and it's always a pleasant experience. The cars are acceptable and I always feel welcomed.
So the dude behind the counter didn't have my reservation and when I asked why he basically said cuz it's not back tough luck bud. It's already gonna cost me a lot more than it should have to move and now I get to sit in the ghetto with no ride. Great customer service and a friendly atmosphere. Word of advice, don't do it. The sad part is I don't write negative reviews but the idgaf attitude is like a 9/10.
This is by far the worst rental company to deal with. I can not put into words how disgusted I am with them . Do yourself a favor and find a rental company who has customer service. I had them two times in a week take a total of $ 525.00 out of my account $ 371.00 out at the beging of my direct billed insurance. It was supposed to be $100.00 hold to be released upon return or vehicle in 5 days. After three differnt people on the phone I was told it would take 48 hours to get money back. That finally happened. I return the vehicle 1.5 days early . I spoke to the clerk at the counter ans said to me you are all checked in and i told him it was full of gas. He said you are good to go. I left and went home. The next day I checked my bank account and again money gone. This time $251.00. After 34 phone calls to the store8 am to 3 pm not one answer. Just national answer service who said they cant even find my rental. By the worst place ever. FIND ANOTHER RENTAL COMPANY. I finally had a family member go to the location. Once at the counter the family member called me and said that there was a guy at the counter and he was not on the phone just sitting there. I called and again and national answering service. I called family member back and he put the guy on his phone to talk to me. I asked him why he did not answer the phone he replied we have phone trouble. I said to the guy at the counter the persons phone you are on watched you ignore the call and when you pushed the button on the phone it was answered by your national answering service. He said to me.oh ok. I was given my money back but will not ever use or reccomend them ever again. My insurance company was made aware of this issue and they too will stop sending their customers there.

Budget rental has the best prices and easiest reservations on line. The customer service is friendly and helpful. Very good customer service and would highly recommend this company to all my friends.
Darry the customer serive rep was helpful and personable. He assisted us as we were renting a vehicle for a family trip. We had not rented from Budget before but we will come back because of the awesome vehicle and excellent customer service.
