Excellent service. Great staff. Last rental was awesome. Good prices and availability. The lady at the counter was very knowledgeable and courteous. She got me one of the best vehicles. The rental process is fast and to the point. The online service is great. Made the reservation online; went to the rental after work and my vehicle was there waiting for me. The return service is great!!! - I love the service and the staff. Keep up the good work.

Bad experience with Enterprise. Had an accident in November. Rented a car with the Jefferson Avenue location, my insurance company paid the bill. Holiday weekend 4th of July I was told I was on a do not rent list. Transferred me and was told I had citation in Charlottesville Va. Have never been there. Called back to Jefferson manager tells me I have a balance of 107.00 that wasn't paid. Insurance took care of the bill. Enterprise asked me did I have a copy from December? I am so done which is it .....citation or balance. I will drive my own vehicle before I give them anything. Lost a good customer. Had a nerve to say I don't know you and this was the manager. You don't need to know me. Know progressive. Enterprise is not the only rental car company. Thanks but no thanks.
As a loyal customer to Enterprise I have been renting cars from them since 06. While I enjoy some of their perks and offers, I've recently had several issues with a few of the new policies they put in place. However these issues did get resolved. I would like to make a suggestion if I may in regards to the drop box option at the Denbigh location it needs to have a surveillance camera on the property or some way to accurately record the time of your drop off to prevent future discrepancies. This will avoid inaccurate charges to customers. Also a pickup and drop off service would be beneficial to the airport location after all that is the company's slogan " the company that picks you up."lastly I would like to add ,the 35$ dollars fee to drop a vehicle of at a different location is a bit much when the branch nearest me is closed by 12 noon on Saturday I can't return my rental until Monday or return to a location which can't take me home so now I have to take a taxi and pay for a location difference. How inconvenient!! I will continue to rent in the future the weekend promotion is returning soon!
