Always a long line, always a few knowledgeable, overworked personnel, and the rest right off the line. Prices are a little high. Selection is good.
The staff here is friendly and helpful. They pointed out to me that the web site often has lower prices than the site and that the door will match their online price. This saved me 20% on the kennel I bought. The store is kept clean and there were no dead fish in the tanks.
We love visiting this petsmart! My dogs are so in love with this place! I love the grooming services as well!! They’re pretty good!;) The reason why I’m giving them four stars instead of five stars is the line at the register is always SLOW...................
