The staff and Vets are the best! They really are attentive to the pets and love to interact with the animals to gain their confidence. They always provide an estimate of the cost prior to performing the service which really helps me stay on budget and get the right care for my dogs. I have been using the Kiln Creek Animal Care now for 15+ years and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and loving staff to assist with your animal needs. I'm so glad I found these nice people to take care of my 2 cats. They are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. My little guys have a history of doing their best to avoid going anywhere, much less to a veterinarian, but once we get there, they are always treated with respect & TLC and they seem to realize that the staff cares about them. Love the "fear-free" mindset. I was given recommendations for shots, etc... but no hard sell for anything. I was called the next day by Dr.Bolton with results. The facilities are clean & inviting and in a great location. Highly recommend.
I've been to 3 different veterinarians over the past 18 years and Kiln Creek Animal Care is the last stop I'll ever make. They care about my little guy as much as I do. It's nice to be trusted to know your dog better than anyone else when something doesn't seem right. I highly recommend them, so professional, patient, and abreast on the latest issues in veterinary care. I'm thankful they are only 3 miles away. I'm going to buy a home in Kiln Creek next year so we'll be able to walk there soon.
I love bringing our dog, Molly, to Kiln Creek Animal Care. Everyone is so amazing with her and us. They are always friendly and welcome you with a smile, they remember Molly and us and never mind all her love and kisses. They always very clearly explain everything to us and walk us through it step by step. I never feel any pressure, and I know when Molly is in their hands she is getting the best care out there. They aren't about getting you in and out as fast as possible, they listen to your concerns, and make sure you feel good before you leave. Molly has had to have 2 surgeries and needed to be kenneled over night a couple times, and it is such a relief to not have to worry about the quality of care she is getting. I have zero complaints about Kiln Creek Animal Care and will recommend them to anyone. They have your pets best interest at heart.
