The groomer is sweet and caring. She does an awesome job with my dogs. I will only go to her!
I have been taking my yorkie here for quite sometime. I used to take him to Petsmart but he would always come home stressed out. She does such a wonderful job with him and he always comes out smelling good and looking great!! We also have a labradoodle puppy and wanted to get him acclimated to grooming early and he's been several times an looks AMAZING everytime we take him! Thanks Pooch Parlour!!!
Heard so much about Pooch Parlour I just had to check it out. I love the owner she is very informative about what is best for my dog and his needs. She makes me feel very comfortable in leaving him in her care. I will definitely visit again. I will also recommend her to whomever is looking for a very personable groomer. Can't wait to tell my sister about her so she can bring her dogs I know she will love her too
In response to owners comment: It was never mentioned to me about an additional fee when my dog was dropped off initially. Also, I showed groomer dogs lashes before leaving.
Took my dog here just before Christmas asked for the standard schnauzer cut and specifically not for them to cut my dogs lashes (she has lashes like tweety bird). Schnauzer cut was overall nice BUT young lady cut my dogs cute lashes off and I was not very happy by her response when I brought it to her attention. She was not apologetic by no means and had an attitude. She also charged me an additional fee than prior discussed. Dogs coat was not matted. Will not be returning.
I LOVE Pooch Parlour! I have 3 chocolate labs and they received excellent care with bathing and nail trims. My girls came home clean and fresh and happy. And the staff is so nice! They love my dogs and take care of them. The prices are very reasonable. And Pooch Parlour gives them goodie bags! And a report card! They are so thorough and caring! I would recommend Pooch Parlour to everyone!
