Hello this is Sherri, I want to let everyone know that I am the driver mentioned in the review by Carl and this never happened! Carl is my younger brother. I have not seen my brother in 6 years so he has never been in my taxi. Unfortunately we have a very toxic relationship and apparently it's carried over into my work! I apologize to the rest of the wonderful drivers at Best whose business may have been harmed by this malicious lie!We have a wonderful group of drivers who would love to give you the Best service available.
