Awful. We were going to the airport at 430 so we figured a cab would be more reliable than the chances of getting an uber and worth the extra 25 bucks.We have never been so wrong! Over half an hour late with fake excuses, and he had zero remorse. They also called us twice in the middle of the night to confirm the pickup time.
Update: almost 24 hours later. THEY NEVER CALLED!!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would I got a ride 30 miles and it ended up being almost $90. It says the fare is 30 cents a mile on the cab but when I called the company they say it’s 30 cents an eighth of a mile. The driver was rude af, when I asked him about the pricing his response was “well what do you want me to do”. So if you have a choice don’t use this company just call Uber and save yourself some money and hassle.
Y'all have got to do something with your drivers. Seriously. They don't work with you. I've had many times where I called and they took my information and said someone would be there and then the driver never called 15 minutes later and never showed up. I can't even tell you how many times this has happened. I've had to wait an hour for a driver, I was late to work multiple times and the people just don't work with you. Not only that, but your drivers literally smell bad. The cars smell horrendous and some are filled with trash and its like the drivers haven't showered in a few days. This seriously needs to be changed. I had one guy cuss a customer out on the phone right in front of me--and he was late with me too. If you can't pick someone up PLEASE do not say you have drivers available or that you'll be there. I've had to get up early in the morning and the woman/man on the phone said you had drivers but no one shows up so I was late. Seriously. I also had another driver take money from me because he thought he could be slick. The meter said a certain number but when I paid, the amount was ) $1.00 over. He later laughed and said "You'll be okay." Its not okay because that is my money and he didn't have the right to take something because it was a minimal amount or because he felt like it. Some of you guys arrive way too early and then get mad when you have to wait even though you arrived way before the set time. You all really need to improve. I've never felt safe with any of drivers except maybe ONE. Most of your drivers are pissy, late and smelly. Do better. I've already dropped you guys from my contacts. Too bad.

Ended up driving to the airport myself. I called the day before to arrange for a cab to the airport. I was told that they would call and confirm the morning of my cab reservation, they never called. I called them a 1/2 hr before scheduled pick up time and they confirmed my reservation. It is now a 1/2 hr past my scheduled pick up time and I still have not heard from them. They don't even deserve 1 star! If only I had looked at the reviews ahead of time---lesson learned!
