WATCH OUT!! This business charges EXCESSIVE late fees. According to "Inside Self-Storage," "$20 per month or 20 percent of the monthly rental" rate is fair. This company charges $15 if you are late and another $30 if not paid within the next 2 weeks. $45, not $20; this may be more than your monthly rate! A company can do this to make it impossible to catch up, then sell your property.
