The female staff member in tools was very helpful. She came over to the plumbing section and helped the poor guy (me) who didn't have his glasses to convert the model number to the store sku number so i could get the right ones. Wish i knew her name to give her a shout out
Five transfers between the same two departments with a wait time of 7 mins at least each time. Then they hung up without picking up the phone! All I wanted to know was what length can I get sheets of any type of metal. How difficult is that??
Just come here if you want to have a bad day. Terrible terrible service. Yesterday I had terrible service and spent almost an hour in the store with no help at all and today spent 10 minutes being transferred about 6 times to electrical. Then we asked the guy working in electrical if he could please have the merchandise up front for us cause we had no idea what we were buying so that it could make our shopping experience better and he said pretty much we'll have to grab it off the shelve ourselves. Lowes is the way to go. Get tended to in minutes
And they patiently tried to help me out.
Great customer service, Patrick at the customer service desk went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, I definitely will be back with customer service like that. Nice clean store also
