Placed an order online for instore pickup. (Also placed one at the other store for a few items not sold here). I received a call in abut an hour from a very helpful lady (Brook) who told me of a few items that were not in stock. I went back to the website and checked and found a similar needed item and called back and spoke to the same person who confirmed it was in inventory and had it with my order. I came to pick it up and she had left for the day which she told me and had left detailed notes for the person who was on the next shift. The order was prompt and correct. The other store couldn't find my order even though it was smaller items and only 5 things. I told them to just cancel it and went to pick them myself using the list. All of it was literally with arms reach standing in the same spot. I get an email the next day telling me my order was ready at that other store and I've been charged twice. Big fail on their part. Definitely ordering from lowes for store pickup in the future.
This place is Awesome! I went to buy some wood for a project the other day and was stumped as to what kind of wood I would need to buy. I myself and not much of the building type. Thankfully Josh.S in the lumber area was able to walk me through that process and help me find exactly what I needed. Not only did he help me find what I was looking for in the wood section but he helped me out in tools as Well! Amazing customer service from this young man.
Horrible company to deal with. I went to the store and arranged for delivery. Today is the day of delivery and no one called. I tried calling the store, but no one answers the phone on an line. Stay away from this store!
My visit was about 9 am on a Tuesday. Got 2 keys made. The associate @ the key stand was very pleasant. Was done in a few minutes. Went back to look @ washers & dryers. Was back there for 20 minutes & never was asked if I needed assistance, which I did have questions about a few of the models. And looking around there was no one else shopping in this section of appliances.
Absolutely awful experience with this incompetent and unprofessional company. We had a new roof put on our house and have had water damage twice in less than 6 months time. First time was resolved quickly by the contractor himself and the second will likely never be resolved as they will no longer return our phone calls and have stuck their heads in the sand hoping we will just go away. Now I'm stuck with this hideous water stain on my ceiling as a reminder of my obvious mistake in trusting this company. I'm thoroughly disappointed and wold not recommended them in the slightest.
