I went back to the same store I purchased the shoes and the store associate was not willing to get the issue resolved. She stated my receipt didn't match the shoes, but it was the only purchase I made in that store so I only had the one receipt.
When I arrived home I realized that the shoes were 2 different sizes. I tried to return the shoes to get it corrected through another TJ Maxx, but was informed that I had to take them back where I purchased them.
Customer Service at some of the stores could be better.
Name brand clothes without the name brand prices. Staff is very helpful
I was adamant that the store was going to make it right because I did not have a good pair of right size shoes & I was out my money. All I wanted was the right size of shoes. The store associates and store manager agreed that the associate that checked the purchase should have double checked the shoe sizes.
If the store associate would have double checked the shoe sizes and been paying more attention to my purchase in the first place, none of anything else would have happened. And having to take a purchase back to the store of original purchase makes me think twice about shopping at stores during my travels. If I am going to have to take it back to the same store - that is a problem.
I had heard so much about the stores; traffic was really bad and thought I would stop in to check them out. My eyes were bothering me and I couldn't see the size in the shoes, but it was in tiny print too.
Pretty standard TJ Maxx. Decent selection. Sometimes there aren't enough cashiers and the line gets long.
I found what I was looking for. The staff was very helpful from the ladies at the dressing room to the cashier. Thank all of you that helped me.
