Everyone at the jewelry counter is always kind and nice. Sometimes at other checkout not so pleasant. Over all I still love shopping there. Needs to start increasing the help for the holidays now. ALL RETAILERS DO.

I purchased a$4000.00 refrig (including extended warranty til 10/2019) from Sears and have had problems with the same part since 2 months after purchase (same part replaced 5 times). My warranty qualifies me for another refrig after 3 of same problem in a year. I have had 3 parts replacement this year. The last replacement was 8/8/2017 and I woke up this morning with the part inop (broken) again and water in my kitchen floor. I tried calling their corporate office, was on hold for 17 minutes, someone picked up the phone and hung it up. I need the name of a good lawyer..... #JoyceShepherd
