Nice store, sells a variety of different things. Associates in store are professional and courteous. Most of the time, I'm in and out in a few minutes.
His gift arrived three days later (I paid for 2 day shipping), unwrapped, with a huge price tag on it.
I ordered online for my husband's birthday; paid $19 for expedited shipping so his gift would get here before he did, and also paid for gift wrapping.
Great place to shop. Customer service is exceptional. The management of this store is visible at any given time making sure customers are being treated well and also supporting the associates. Vanita and Carol are special associates to me. They provide great customer service and extend themselves to my every need. They treat everyone the same. Maurice, Willie, and David are a special management team. They provide excellent service and provide that service with a smile. Love this store because of the friendly atmosphere and care for the customer
Needless to say, I will NEVER order online or purchase anything from this store.
I visited Macy's 2 days ago with my 3 week old son, my mom, my sister and her two young children with the intention of being measured for new bras as well as purchasing maternity bras since my increase before and after childbirth. Immediately after arriving my son woke up crying, wet and hungry so naturally I looked for the closes private location to nurse him. Since we came in through the men's department the first spot we came across was a completely empty mens fitting room. Mind you had any of the rooms been occupied I may not have chosen this location so I took my crying son into the large handi accessible fitting room and changed his diaper first since he was wet then proceded to feed him during this time an employee by the name of yvette who im assuming heard my son crying came in and told me that not only could i not change nor feed my new born child in an empty fitting room because it was the mens fitting room but that I would have to take him to the public restroom outside of that area if I needed to continue taking care of him. I packed my things and asked the young lady at the mens dept. Register where the womans fitting room was intending to continue feeding him and was directed to the other side of the store so I headed that way feeling a little sad (my son is still hungry, crying, and upset which naturally makes me upset, and over whelmed (this being my first child and one of my first occasions out with him in public and him being so upset while lugging him, diaper bag, car seat and stroller), shamed ( Because there was no place to take care of his immediate needs and being kicked out of an empty fitting room with yvette litteraly seeing me trying to nurse him and seeing him crying) I was eventually able to find another employee who allowed me to use another empty fitting room and was able to get a manager( who didn't really seem to take me seriously) so I could express my concerns. I finished taking care of my son, packed up my things and gave someone else my business. So the moral of the story us leave your kids at home because outside of 1 or 2 people Patrick Henry's Macy's mommy shames you and they really don't appreciate your crying babies despite the fact that he can't talk and crying is the only way they can communicate at 3 weeks. Thank you to th woman in the woman's department who helped me other than that Macy's has left a bad taste in my mouth for any future purchases.
Great sale going on! And their coupons really make it worth your time to check it out!
I marked the item as a gift so it wouldn't include the price tag. Well, Macys ignored all of the above.
