Came here on a saturday because most other Wells Fargo's are closed. Staff was excellent. Especially the gentleman in the office that helped me. He was from the bank on kecotan. Tall African American gentleman.
Friday about 4pm and 1 teller working...This bank SUUUUCKS!!!
My husband usually comes to this branch because it close to home. Never any issues until today, he went in to cash his check, new teller had an I don't care attitude. Claimed she had to call and verify check, then acting if it was an inconvenience to her. Was on a short wait with whomever she called and claimed she couldn't get help with it.. this will be our last visit., will do our business elsewhere, where service is better. Customer service is everything that repeatedly brings back your customer and new customers.
