But there were many people standing on the line, it could've been better to give them proper need, when they can handle the situation for customers.
I made an appointment to talk before I got there. So it was fine. The employee was very nice and polite.
This is a terrible inconvenient location! The staff is rude hell and they treat people as of their dollar isn't worth the same. Everyone needs to be fired.
They also now try to push credit cards and other accounts on you, even after you've said you're not interested. We've closed out our accounts, goodbye Bank of America, you've lost two long time customers, and who knows how many more
I've been at this branch at least 5 time. The slowest handling of a line of customers I've ever seen. Also I have never rated 1* anything before.
If your transaction involves a teller, might as well set your whole day aside just to do ONE thing. Slow moving staff that show no interest in anything. It's almost as if they're just there, and that's it. The service at the branch is pathetic.
Its Saturday and theres roughly 15 people in line and 1 teller to help everyone inside and 1 teller to help outside. Seems to always happen on the weekends and pay days. Need to have more staff on hand.
