This is my favorite Wendy's ( i thought i already left this review but i dont think it saved it). Anyways its a little further from me then the j clyde one but i will often go to this one instead. the nuggets and fries are always crispy, and they are always quick! Keep up the good work!
Food has always been fresh. Although anytime I get sweet tea it is never sweet.
Went thru drivethru. RUDEST people around. Never said Hello, Goodbye or Thank You. Business was slow and acted like they were in a rush shoving drinks to me out tje window. 2 people gave me food thru window. Neighther said anything except the amount I owed, thats it not another word. If they worked for chic filet they would be fired on the spot.
Nobody at the order line. Had to wait several minutes to be greeted. Countertops at ketchup and drink station we're smeared and dried by a dirty rag. No paper towels in the bathroom. Overall.....gross.
Almost a 40 minute wait with maybe a 10 minute wait per car (yes that slow). Only thing available is unsweetened tea and lemonade.. maybe a few soft drinks & they STILL have 4.5 hours till close. Workers definitely don't feel like being there. It's a shame to give such a low review because it's usually a pretty clean establishment. The service is just too slow to stick around with a many other options available. I only went through to find out what was the hold up.
