This Best Western is very nice, clean, the breakfast is good, and Miss Cindy was a big help. It is close to many of the site seeing attractions and this made for easy driving. Love this location. This stay was super terrific.
Hotel and staff are always excellent here. They treat my family and pets very well. The breakfast is always fresh and delicious and there’s always plenty for everyone.I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here in the future.
Our room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. There's a large, grassy area next to the hotel that's convenient for walking your dog. The full breakfast really is a full breakfast and there are also wrapped sandwiches and salads available for guests to take and enjoy later. During our visit, the swimming pool and hot tub were closed and looked as if they had been for a while. Our only issue was that the toilet in our room kept backing up. When we first reported it to the front desk, they just handed us a plunger. Ick!
We stayed five nights for business. Breakfast was really good with scramble eggs, sausage, pancakes, toast, and a couple of mornings fried potatoes. Also had sandwiches and wraps available for us to take for lunch. Bed was super comfortable and hotel was very, very quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially appreciated the very helpful breakfast lady who went out of her way to serve us. Definitely would stay again.
Stayed here for homecoming. The rooms were much more bigger than I thought they'd be. The breakfast was minimum but it was hot, pancakes, sausage, and eggs. Location is prime off of I-64, across from Patrick Henry Mall, 15 minutes from Hampton university ( which was important for me because I was there for Homecoming).
