Lady that helped me was very fast and informative! I️ did have to wait 1.5 hours though...
They talk about you and your case with another associate and leave you out of there conversation while the mean time they are talking about you and your case, and telling you to just wait for a minute rudely.
Great Service. Customers seem to complain about the service but I was given an appointment on August 11th and told everything I would need to bring. Ma DeBose called me back at 11:30,my scheduled time, and it all took about 35 minutes. She fully explained my options and told I would be getting my check on the third Wednesday but since that was less than a week away my first check most likely would be a few days late. But my check was in my account on Wednesday! Very professional staff! You guys are number one in my Book.
Showed up 15 minutes before they even opened, and there was already a line- fair enough, It was a Monday morning and people want to be first in line. I assumed the doors would open and we'd be able to go inside and check in. Instead, we were told to continue waiting outside and the security guard would call us in one by one- a little odd but still, fair enough. Then, after waiting outside for 15-20 mins, a security officer tells us they are at full capacity and unless we have appointments that we must continue to stand outside until others were helped and left. Full capacity???? I had only seen maybe ten people walk in before myself how could they be at full capacity already? I finally get to go inside and there is no where to sit, there were people already inside waiting before they even opened! Out of 20, windows, 2 were open. I was really looking forward to finally changing my name after getting married recently, but after 2 hours of waiting, I had to leave. I'm sure this was no one person's fault, it's just ow they are trained, but there desperately needs to be a more efficient system put in place.
They are RUDE and do not have any answer too any of you're questions.
Got there around 8:20, and they started letting people in. They explained only one person could go in at a time, they did a quick security search (really basic) then we got to check in and wait in the lobby until the office opened. The staff was all friendly and funny. If you bring in a huge purse with lots of stuff, and have pockets full of stuff it will take you longer to get through, but its really nothing extreme. Just get there before it opens and only bring in what you need. You can have cellphones just if you need to make a phone call you have to go outside. No food or drink. Just honestly really obvious basic stuff.
All these reviews made me think I was going to be dealing with A**holes or something. They were super nice and patient with Elderly people. IF you don't want to wait in the cold, get there earlier and there won't be such a line (there was already a decent size line by 9am)
