Very bad service. Had me wait for almost an hour and nothing at all. I had to drive all the way to here for nothing. Do not recommend. Doesn't even look like a government office.
On hold for an hour and still no answer and I've called 3 times after that and still was on hold for 15 mins a piece starting from 12:00 until currently at 1:31pm
Hard to reach worker, but if immediate help is needed ask for Supervisor. Who can assist you. When you call main number it is now a Call Center and forwards your request for worker which usually a recording saying they will return your call next business day.

This man ROBERT TALMADGE is married to my biological mother and a pure piece of trash. *** How can this man Mr. Talmadge, work for Newport News Human Services and SMOKE MARIJUANA!!!!!**** This situation needs to be checked into and this man given a random drug test on the regular. He is a piece of trash if you ask me, and his wife Cindy Talmadge is 1000x as bad!!!! Stay away from this social worker!!!!!
