Lovely environment. Fast service. Beautiful results.

Great staff. Very skilled. Color a specialty

Never going there again. Never going to a salon again in general since I can do my own hair but thought a trained professional could do it better. I definitely do NOT recommend this salon unless you have practically no hair to work with as it is. If you choose to go, go at your own risk.

I'm a non-confrontational person so I paid the ridiculous $200 or so price for the BS of a color and cut I had done by a woman who seemingly doesn't know what she's doing at all, or doesn't care, and left to go on my way to buy products to fix my hair myself because I can't show up for work like this, and apparently I can do a better job than a "trained professional" for less than $80.

Sam was really nice and helpful and now my hair is gorgeous! Thanks Mia&Maxx

I went in for my scheduled appointment, asked for a specific color and cut with reference photos. The hair dresser rarely said any words to me, never asked to see the photos again, which I thought was odd but I brushed it off, whatever, long boring day at work, I get it even I'm tired and not talktative. She began working on my hair, cut first. All seemed ok, I couldn't see what she was doing to my hair so I thought to myself that it was fine. Next this particular hair dresser began the coloring process. During the entire process (2 hours or so) she thoroughly, intensely and very literally STABBED my scalp with the brush she was using to apply a 30v mixture. Kind of hurt but I thought nothing of it because she's a hair dresser at a salon that has good reviews and came recommended, so again, I brushed it off. She didn't actually tell me what she was using on my hair or doing to it (I overheard later when she was asking someone to mix her more 30v) so I just let her do her thing. So after that I get up, get my hair rinsed, etc. all that good stuff. She dries my hair with a blow dryer, and then begins to style it, which I didn't want in the first place and was an awful style job as well. While sitting in the chair I see some of my hair color during the unnecessary styling process and realize it's not at all the color I wanted. After showing me the cut and color job she did, I realized she completely butchered my hair cut (a cut I've had stylists do to perfection before) as well as the color. It looked and felt like she was rushing and didn't even actually try...

Now I know I asked her for a color that was to the point that it may not have been possible for her to achieve for me, however, if she knew that, and being a hair dresser had to have known that, she should have said something.

The most serious problems with this entire situation are that I now have intense chemical burns on my scalp that hurt a ridiculous amount when I shower. The other stylists sat around and WATCHED her do it and said NOTHING (again, I couldn't see it until the end). I have a bruise on my neck from her neglecting to make her client comfortable while rinsing hair for upwards of 20 minutes. My hair is damaged to hell after two years of not touching it. The cut is awful, and the dye job looks like I went home and personally bottle bleached it and added random scraps of brown dye to the bleach, so that it mixed together to make an orange hue (I had her add brown but she did so WITH the bleach, not what you're supposed to do there for that reason..). None of this was, even in the least, looking like what I asked for.

I think I had the same hair dresser in the other comment with the red hair and I was nervous because I read the reviews prior to going but.....she rocked it! My Mom and I both went for color and cuts and she took us both at the same time. She did well with time management making sure we were both taken care of. The color she did was beyond amazing, the cuts were beautiful too! She even took the time to style our hair before we left. I have thick curly hair and she took the time to straighten it which is not an easy task. I felt so pretty when I left. She gained two new customers for sure! See ya soon!❤

I'm honestly not sure how this salon has any good reviews, I had the absolute worst experience. Here it is:
