Amanda was extremely knowledgeable in every appliance I asked her about. couldn't seem to stump her. She also was extremely patience with my wife and I. She offered a popsicle to my son and a water for my wife making us feel super comfortable. If I could give more than 5 stars for the experience I would. A great sales rep looks to only buy from good sales reps. They're not selling but informing. Save yourself from Having to go to Several stores. Take the time to come here to get the value and comfort of buying from true professionals who are only focused on exceptional customer service for Their consumers. Great job all.
This business is top notch. The products and prices are outstanding. What sets this place apart is the staff and the customer care. The delivery staff are exceptionally professional and take the time to answer any customer questions at delivery. They also ensure all trash and old appliances are fully removed from the area. They are very conscientious in bringing in the appliances and ensure there is no damage. I fully recommended this local business to anyone in the Hampton Roads area.

I was talking to some friends at church saying my husband and I were going to look for appliances and at the same time two of them said, "Go to East Coast Appliances in Newport News! They are the best." Someone else overheard and agreed. So glad we did!
