Helpful staff, vast selection. Staff can actually be too helpful at times. Was once approached by four different people in less than 10 minutes asking if I needed help, all without leaving the aisle.
I I enjoy shopping at Best Buy and they always have a good selection. But I was extremely disrespected buy a worker and The Geek Squad Department. That put a very bad taste in my mouth with Best Buy. But I realize one person doesn't represent the whole company but some people need to work on that customer service skills.
I️ came in to this location a few weeks ago hoping to make it a quick visit to purchase several adapters. I️ had called ahead to confirm that the items were in stock. I️ asked two staff members where I️ could find the items and they told me to go to home theatre department. After checking twice and not finding the items, I️ asked someone else. This time the staff member walked with me to the correct department and pointed me to the items I️ needed. So, after wasting 15+ minutes looking in the wrong place I️ got what I️ needed.
Wasnt greeted walking in after Black Friday.. Went to home theater section no one asked if I needed help.. I was searching for items and associates saw me and still didn't assist I was looking for price of open box TVs that were not on them.. Only person that was helpful was cashier when I checked out
Cell phone shipping. The sales people at the cell area were prompt and knowledgeable. I was asked multiple times if I needed assistance while waiting my place in the que. Good experience.
