There customer leaves a lot to be desired. Go to Williamsburg location, staff way better
I shop at this store very often and never really have any issues even though the employees aren't that friendly it never really bothered me because I shop there for the prices and I'm in and out but the one time that I purchase some pants for work that were to big for me when I got them home and tried them, I'm thinking I'm just going in to just exchange them for a smaller size with no problem (the tags were still attached by the way) but they didn't have the same ones so I get some similar that cost a little more. I get to the register with my receipt and everything and the guy at the register is looking at the pants all over, then he's like were these like this when you brought them and I'm looking to see what he's looking at and its a white line around the top of the pants and I say it had to have been because I literally tried them on and took them right off once I realized that they were too big, hes like ok because you still have the tag on them I'll go ahead and take them back as if he's doing me a favor and he says usually we don't even take anything like this back as if the pants were in horrible shape and I had worn them or something. I understand that people sometimes do things like that but that was not the case at all and I did not appreciate him making me feel like I had did something wrong. I wasn't trying to get money back or anything I just wanted a smaller size. They definitely could use a course in customer service because just because the prices are low doesn't mean customers shouldn't recieve great service! We are still spending our money and none the employees would have a job if we didn't!
This location generally has a really good selection but its super busy, the lines are long, the staff is rude, and they treat all their customers as though their main objective in life is to steal all their merchandise (the rigamorole at the fitting room is ridiculous) but this probably speaks more to the clientele of this location than it does the store itself. Bottom line; be prepared to find great stuff at even better prices but not really enjoy your shopping experience.
Barely an experience for this anti-shopping guy. Give it a 5-star for not messing up a decent day.
Love this store, very rarely I walk in without buying anything. Great bargains and great merchandise. Staff always courteous.
