I have both sold and made purchases here and it is always a friendly environment and very welcoming. They are very fair and unlike most consignment shops, they pay up front! I'm there all the time and have no complaints. I always find great deals and adorable things.
This place has gone all the way down hill since it first opened. It looks, feels and smells like a thrift store. Idk what kind of spray they're using but it reeks! The staff is sad. They're sizing you up from the moment you enter the door and it shows. If you're not dressed the part you will receive poor customer service and it will also determine how they go through your items. So make sure you look the part or you will be treated like trash & your items will be skimmed through like you have contagious adult cooties. The worker are not versed in fashion either. They are not familiar with a range of designers and it shows. This place is a glorified thrift store. Do your self a favor and just go to one and not here. The items are overpriced and outdated.
Great place to shop. I took my daughter there and she found brand name tennis shoes that looked new. Bought two outfits and a pair of shoes for less than what the shoes cost new. It's our first and usually only stop anytime she needs clothes!
I love this store because it feels like a mall store but with huge savings every day. The team is always friendly and helpful. It is clean and organized. I always come here first when I need stuff!
The absolute worst place to try to sell. I went in to resell a large amount of items that were bought there only a month ago. She offered $7.50 for BOTH of the 2 very nice dresses. Her reasoning was that the items aren't brands or types of items that have been selling well, yet they were on the racks for $16 EACH only a month ago. Highly disappointed in their service as well as their products. You're better off donating the clothing. I highly do not recommend buying or selling from here.
