Amazing Service!! Went there for the first time today and it was obvious that they care more about the rider and the rider's needs than making a profit. Very friendly service and everyone there really knows bikes. They have a great program for students (will store your bike over the summer, will sell you the bike for the year and when the school year is over will buy it back for the full price you paid for it). Have a great selection of bikes for a good price. They also have free servicing on the bikes that you get from them, and even if you buy it from somewhere else they have great prices for labor. Definitely will be referring to everyone I know.
Very nice pleasant people to deal with. Needed help adjusting breaks on a walker. Took them less then 5 minutes plus he explained how to do. Highly recommend.
Fantastic service, really take care of the customer and go above and beyond for them. Has a small town, americana feel to it. Very Knowledgeable; main guy went to school for bicycle engineering! My new go to place
