I live 2 blocks away from north end and i called for a taxi. No one arrived until i missed my second school bus 2 my nxt school at New Horizons. The woman over the phone even asked where my destination was from my house so she knew there was limited time for me 2 get 2 school. Worst service ever and all the cabs are extremely dirty. One man's van stinks and he had food strolled all over the place. If i could rate this with no stars i seriously would.

I've used this service 2 times for medical transport and the driver was on time to pick me up and didn't have to wait at all to be brought back. The drivers are super friendly too. Thanks for good service.

My horrible experience so I take cabs every single day normally I would use Yellow cab but I was in the Downtown area of Newport News and those cabs do not pick up from that location. So my boyfriend called me a cab I needed a ride home from a friends house. When the cab arrived I got in and he had a mean tone and told me I have to pay up front which threw me off, I have lived in 4 different states and taken cabs in every state never has anyone asked to pay up front when you don't even know what the amount for the fare will come up to. Being that I normally use Yellow cab which excepts cards, he told me no I needed cash and I then told him there's a 7'eleven right by my house that we can stop by before we get there it's literally right next door. He then told me no and told me to Get Out . My heart dropped I was in the Downtown Area of Newport News about 11:30 PM by myself my phone was dead and he told me to get out I am a female I'm 20 years old and about 136 lbs anything could've happened to me and he did not care. He somewhat had a change of heart and took me to the nearest store when I finally got home I cried and I cried . Realizing that ppl are more worried about $15 dollars than your life.
