They were so helpful and made sure I came in and got what I needed! They were very professional and courteous!
We have used on two different occasions in the past 3 years. Both times, there was a 17-19% increase in the rental rate after a few months. It appears they get you in with a low rate hoping you will stay when they add their unreasonable increases. The local staff says they have no control over rates. Communication to the corporate office goes unanswered.
If you're looking for a place to store your things and it falls within your price range. Don't think twice! I will always recommend your services and you'll be the first place I turn to if I ever need a storage unit again!
Hopefully this is the right place to write a review. This is the second time I've used this public storage location. I've never had any problems. The service is fast and professional. I was more than happy with the space that was chosen for me. I was in a pinch and needed a unit fast and this location definitely took care of me.
I have no negative input about this location. Stella, the trainee, offered outstanding customer service! She is very friendly and polite.
