I received a customized facial from Shannon, which concentrated on my acne. Two days later it was all gone! She was so helpful and took extra time on educating me with a good skincare regimine. The environment in the spa was so beautiful and inviting, I even almost fell asleep during my facial because I was so relaxed, and I left feeling like a new person.
I love this salon, I have been going to Visionz since I moved to the area. I came in and had my mid-back length hair cut short and I've been in at least once a month since. Nail technicians are always great, they have one station for manicures and pedicures, but appointments are easy to get. I have had a facial by Ashley and I was very pleased, unfortunately I work during the week and don't see her often.

I will not be back to get my nails and toes done here. I was so excited to have a 2 hour appointment for a spa manicure and pedicure. My husband had gotten me a Groupon for Valentine's Day to try this place out. I was excited to get the "extended massage" on my legs and hands and not once did she massage my legs and arms. She was so concerned about her next appointment and making sure things were ready for her. She got up several yes to go help someone else during my paid appointment. Very disappointed!!!! You spend a lot of money and expect to get everything in the description.
They don't answer their phone at 4:45 and lock their doors before 5. Guess they don't want any new customers...
Overall, Visionz is a small, friendly, clean, and very professional salon. I have never seen a customer unhappy or complain in the dozens of times I have been in. I'm also very pleased with the J Beverly Hills products they carry, and they have monthly and seasonal specials year-round.
Kathryn's hair services book very quickly, though as a regular and scheduling my next appointment every time I come in I have never had a problem. If you just need a shampoo and style the apprentices are very available and you should have no problem getting in short notice. The apprentices also provide things like root color, highlighting, and basic haircuts at a great price. Kathryn does supervise them pretty closely, but in a positive and constructive way. She wants them to learn and become great hair dressers and for you to be very happy with the service.
