WV seems a more low_brow shopping. But the Dollar Tree is what's important to the majority of shoppers frequenting it.
I come here for the Dollar store, can't say anything bad about a dollar store other than everytime I go in there I can never just go in to get just what I need... no it has to be what I need plus 20 other things HAHAHAHA! So I'm sopposed to be spending $5 instead its about $25 lol
There are some nice places in this shopping center. However, over all this center is run down and in need of some repairs. Smoke is great and beautiful, the dollar tree is the dollar tree. I have only been to one or two other stores but it has been a while so I can't say. But if the repaired the parking then this place would be 5 stars.
I work in this shopping center Rick n libbys has decent food the Chinese food is pretty good and the hair salon sucks n so does the Barber Shop
