Bad attitude from a lady staff, very mean it

I am extremely unsatisfied with the preformance of the passport clerk that you have appointed in the post office. I have been in the post office for the past 2 days waiting at least 30 mins both times and have still not received any assistance at all. The clerk leaves for 5 mins early and came back 20 mins late. I am just trying to get my passport to see my husband who is in the navy. I work 40 hours a week and I can only come into the post office between 12 and 12:30. And everyone waiting has said that she is extremely rude. It is unacceptable the way that you let your staff conduct themselves. Please take action. Thank you.
Got my passport done here bc it was convenient with the walk in hours, but the lady that does it was pretty rude. Literally like I was back in high school with a teacher being mad at me bc I forgot something. I've never done a passport before, I brought all my forms and a pic from walgreens. Don't tell at me saying my picture isn't good enough. That's what they gave me, that's what I'm using. "Your skin isn't that light" maybe bc I'm wearing makeup right now.
Passport Clerk was insistent that my document wasn't a FS240 when it was. Couldn't show me what a FS240 looked like so we could compare. Thus, no passport for me. Daughter's photo wasn't good enough(hair in the eyes). I'm thinking it's some sort of racket they got going there where your photo isn't good enough and they need to retake it there for $15.00. Also, don't go there unless you have copies of the BACK of your documents. Even if it is an insignificant little number she wants a back copy. Don't worry though if you don't because you can walk down the LONG hallway to the copy machine and get a copy for 15 cents(another racket). EVERY person in line was sent to the copy machine. A total joke.
