Waffle House has an attribute that IHOP will never have. A sense of a family meal. Even alone when you walk into a Waffle House you'll be welcomed by the staff. This last trip would have scored 4 stars but I found what looked to be plastic from a cigarette box in my grits. Waffle House was not getting 5 Stars because it's not A5 star restaurant.
Bobby was awesome! He took my order and cooked it perfectly. Great solo lunch experience.
I usually love the waffle house, but today it was so cold in the restaurant my food got cold within 4 minutes. I was so disappointed I got it to go We don't have one near us so I was not happy. Maybe next time they will get the temperature right.
Place is dirty and unfriendly. Food is so-so....
If you're looking for greasy dinner good that is well cooked. This is what you're getting. Don't expect a super nice clean restaurant. It's meant to be quick. Good. And greasy
