I ordered 2 days age the weekly specials they have is great prices and the food was awesome, pizza and wings are made perfectly in a new york style and the staff was friendly
I see coments about the customer service but i never had a problem

If there was a space for 0 stars it would have been that. The manager is a complete moron. I called in to cancel and order because it was over an hour and it still had not been delivered. The idiotic manager stated the driver left 15 minutes ago and she be getting to your house. After 30 minutes goes by I call back and he informs me he had the driver bring back the order because he got pulled over. I only found this out because I called back not because the manager did his job and notified me. That is the most ridiculous, unprofessional mess I have ever seen. Instead of him having your driver do his job he had your business lose out on money. You might want to make better choices when choosing he operates your business in your absence.
Food is awesome, I've been ordering from them for long time, takes longer than usual on Fridays but it is still worth the waiting.
One star is actually too many!!!! First of all, we waited over an hour and the pizza was not prepared the way we ordered it. When we called to let them know that we ordered a hawaiian pizza and that it didn't have any bacon on it and there was hardly any pizza sauce on it and it was bland. They had the delivery person pick up the pizza. After waiting another 45 minutes and giving the driver $5 more for her inconvience because it was not her fault. We saw that what we got back for our hours of waiting was not an apology or even a new pizza, but bacon thrown on top of two slices and pizza sauce splashed on top of the cheese. Because this was the first time using their service, we wanted to let them know that we were not happy. We asked for the manager and actually got the owner. We were told that we ate too much, which was three slices (one for each person) before we realized that the pizza did not have any bacon on it. Instead of even listening to our concerns, we were loud talked to by the owner and said that we would not be delivered to again and if we not satisfied, we could take our business elsewhere. He was the most rude person that I have ever talked to. Papa John's would never have treated me this way nor has any other food service, now that I think about it. I will happily go back there. It's definite that this company does not believe in "the customer is always right or even making the customer happy." And since they don't need my business, they must have lots of business already. I just hope they don't treat their other customers like this. If so, they will not be in business very long. I surely will NOT be sending them any business, because they don't deserve my business or anyone else's. I rate them a 00000!!!! And do NOT recommend!!!! If you DO decide to try them out, don't expect any apologies if they mess your order up and you sure better not eat any of it and OH, I HOPE YOU'RE NOT HUNGRY!!!!
