Front desk customer service or who ever answer phones was very rude, was unable to help.
Receptionist or secretary or whatever she was was rude as hell. Asked her if this was a law firm that specializes in lawsuits and she treated me as if I was an idiot and had an attitude. Won't be getting my business after that.
Company just lost my business just she didnt know what to do.
