I have used A Heavenly Florist for 4 or 5 years now; 3 or 4 times a year. I have never received anything but fantastic service. All my flowers have been through walk-in. I would give 5 stars but for the price. They seems a little high but they always come through with very good product.
I don't know how she does it, every time excellent work! And the flowers last so long. By far the best florist in the area.
My husband ordered flowers, Called to cancel the same day. Almost two weeks later we are still waiting for our refund..
I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my Mom and this has caused the most stress I have had in a long time... I emailed a side-by-side picture to the site where I ordered and told them it was an embarrassment that they would deliver something like that to my Mother, not to mention it looked nothing like what I paid for! I even upgraded to the deluxe arrangement. No response. 24 hours later my Father tells me the local florist who delivered the flowers yesterday came back today to pick them up. WHAAAAAAT????? Who does that!?! I called and they told me they refunded me so the local florist came to pick up the flowers. Again.... WHO does that??? Shouldn't you cut your losses or at least try to do something nice.. like, I don't know, send me (the purchaser) an apology note??? Instead, they came and took back flowers that my Mother wouldn't have even known wasn't what I ordered?? She was just happy to receive them. I'm just fuming right now... This is beyond absurd.
