Yes they give you the run around a little bit but can you blame.... these kids are suffering because of poor parental guidance... Dad's as well as Mother's are more concerned about child support vs the solution... Mean while who still suffering in the process. .. If you don't want child support get the children equal amount of time...
Very unprofessional staff. Refuse to complete important documents in timely manner.
I am an attorney practicing in northern Virginia and I had a case transferred here without my client's knowledge. The staff was extremely helpful and assisted me in getting my case set. As I read the reviews, I wonder if people who don't have an attorney realize that the clerk and staff cannot give legal advice...? Get a lawyer or figure it out, they cannot tell you how and what to do. Particular kudos to Ms. Knight--very helpful, professional and friendly. Thank you Newport News!
Rude.. Unprofessional. I try to see the good in people but it's very hard to see it here.. During Christmas one of the clerks said the tree should bring holiday cheer..
Poor excuse of justice. My psycho ex filed an assault charge on me after she tried to attack me with a hammer, she slit her wrist with a knife, threw a metal rod at me in my home, had 2 restraining orders against her, she was admitted to behavioral health, yet I was found guilty because I shoved her away from me to protect myself in MY home. I guess I should of had a lawyer. That's what a black man gets for dating a white girl. Pathetic excuse of justice.
