Long story short, we selected our vehicle, was qualified for the automotive loan; however, the lack of communication between the staff and upper management was deplorable!
Finally, after receiving 1/4 of our window tinting we did not receive the full refund until a month later. My mom was very upset with Enterprise Car Sales for being disingenuous in refunding our monies. After a final call to the manager on duty, we were pleased that he took our concern to heart and mailed us a full refund within a week's time via expedited mail.
I lost count after speaking to several management personnel regarding a refund that was due us for window tinting of our vehicle. Mind you, we were charged in advanced for the window tinting.

The sales manager was also very personable, and gave us a deal on our trade in. Financing with them through 1st Advantage Credit Union couldn't have been easier. High marks for all involved!
